Last week when my night class was over, my friend had made some chocolate zucchini bread with chocolate chips. Ummmmmmmm. It was so moist and fantastic. I searched the internet and found a
recipe similar to the one she used.

I thought it turned out pretty good. Then Jeffrey said, "This tastes pretty good, even though it looks like poop!"

What night class are you taking? It doesn't look like poop to me, it looks yummy!
I'm taking an education/parenting class. Lots of great books on the list for this semster. Thank goodness I have skimmed most of them in the past. One of my friends has put it together. LOTS of FUN (you know, one night a week of adult conversation!)
