Brooklynn is taking horse riding lessons this semester and LOVING it! While she is at the ranch, Malia wanders around interacting with the dogs, horses, and goats. Jeffrey usually plays cards with a few kids who have a sister in Brooklynn's class.
First, the kids go and get their horses from the pasture. Then they get them groomed, saddled, and finally ride. At the end of their class, the kids have a half-hour lecture about horse care, anatomy, saddle care, etc.

I remember when Maddy took lesson's, she loved it as much as it looks like Brooklynn does. She looks so cute and happy on that horse, and way too grown up.
Camilla would be SOOOOOOOOOOO jealous!!!
I am so happy for Brooklyn. I have heard that horses can be quite a therapeutic animal to be around. Not that Brooklyn needs therapy of course, but I am sure that she is learning a lot being around those beautiful animals!!! And, she looks like she is having the time of her life! Good for you guys for allowing her to have this opportunity!!!
