Yummo!

Happy Father's Day to Mark! The kids and I had fun planning a nice dinner and dessert for him. Yummo on the dessert! It's a new favorite around here. Ice cream sandwiches layered with a hotfudge, cream and oreo filling. You really can't mess this one up! Jeffrey had so much fun making this with me. And, he has requested it again for his birthday cake 11 months from now. Here is what it looks like:
