killer circuit training. 3 minutes of strength training, 2 minutes of cardio, 1 minute abs and repeat the cycle 3 times. The video comes with 3 different levels. I just started level 2 this week. I find myself screaming and huffing by the end of it with Jeffrey and Brooklynn just looking at me funny. Jeffrey always jumps in at the end for moral support and tells me how easy it is:)
