Jeffrey and Brooklynn have been trying really hard to stay out of trouble while I have needed to spend a little time here and there with Malia. Their latest is to make mud cakes. First they stack all of the bricks that bordered the garden and the lawn.
Next they flood the garden and make mud.
Once the bricks are stacked and the mud is ready the cover the tower in mud. Yum, chocolate cake! Anybody want some?

Looks like fun! I love your attitude about the mud pies. Some moms would have gotten upset. Instead, you took photos & made a good memory out of it. Way to go Mal
